Kindness Chain Reaction
Kindness Chain Reaction is a program hosted by Pay It Forward Cincinnati. The 10 day program encourages students to complete acts of kindness while visually representing their impact. The student will record each act of kindness they complete on a small strip of paper, and the pieces of paper will be linked together to form a paper chain of kindness. While this is a year round event, each April PIFC will be sponsoring a city-wide push for schools to implement the Kindness Chain Reaction program.
Individual classrooms or entire schools may participate in the program.
Students, staff, parents, and community members perform kind acts, big or small, planned or unplanned. Each time an act of kindness is performed it is written on a strip of paper by the individual on their Kindness Log, which will later be cut into strips, and added as links in a kindness chain.
